Whether you have a C driver's license and want to upgrade to CE, or simply want to get started as a C or CE driver: at Level.works, you take the wheel.

Training and driver's license fully reimbursed
Don't have a CE driver's license? No problem. We'll pay for your training, driver's license, and Code 95, so you can continue to grow without any worries.
Work flexibly the way you want
You determine your availability: part-time, full-time, or flexible.
Fair salary according to collective labor agreement
Starting salary for C-license drivers without experience: €3.000-€3.500 (including allowances, based on 40 hours).
Starting salary for CE driver without experience: €3.600-€3.900 (including allowances, based on 40 hours).
On Saturday you drive at 150%, on Sunday even 200%. Well organized.
Personal guidance
From your initial intake interview to your first ride: we are here for you. You drive, we take care of the rest.
Security and independence
You will be assigned clear trips and fixed routes, but you will also have the freedom to decide how you organize your working week.
