What does the path to becoming a bus driver at Schiphol look like?

The training program

After registering for our program, you will go through several steps before you actually get behind the wheel. You will start with a short intake interview, during which we will get to know each other. Are you satisfied? Then we will schedule a job interview! If the interview goes well, you will take a driving test and get to know the transport company. Then you will start the training program. This consists of 15-20 driving lessons, without a theory exam, so you will be behind the wheel in no time!
